Tell My Boss I Quit is part of my ongoing Western series — a playful take on freedom, independence, and the occasional questionable decision that gets you exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Pulling from vintage Western imagery, the painting mixes nostalgia with bold color, layered texture, femininity, and a little irreverence. Look closely and you might catch the handwritten line, “I’m going f*cking dancing” tucked into the painting — a hidden detail that pretty much sums up the spirit of the piece.
About the Canvas
Each reproduction is printed on archival-grade fine art canvas using high-quality pigment inks to capture the color, texture, and character of the original painting. The canvas is professionally stretched over solid wood stretcher bars for a substantial, finished piece that’s made to last.
Choose your canvas unframed or finished in a natural oak floating frame. The floating frame leaves a subtle space between the artwork and the solid wood frame, giving the piece a clean, gallery-style finish.
Framed canvases arrive ready to hang with hanging wire already installed and wall-hanging hardware included.

Queen of Hearts
Queen of Hearts is part of my ongoing Western series, inspired by a vintage playing card and reimagined through my own take on the American West.
The original card imagery becomes something looser and more expressive through layered paint, drawing, color, and texture. It plays with the familiar symbolism of the Queen of Hearts — femininity, confidence, luck, love, and a little bit of trouble — while keeping the imperfections and character of the vintage source material.
